Shipping Policy

To ensure ease of selling and the best of customer experience we ship all our products through our empanelled courier company. As soon as the order is confirmed we despatch the products through a courier company. We get a tracking Id from the courier company to track the status of the parcel. We do pass it over to our customers for their ready reference to the order tracking portal. If the order is prepaid then the courier company may be asked to leave the package to any other address. Bit this is at the sole discretion of the courier company. After the order has been placed the address of delivery can not be changed. We provide full free shipping to the pan India pin codes along with other pin codes which are being covered by our courier partner. We use mostly Indian Post as our courier partner. We are currently shipping only within India and not outside it. Continuous notifications are sent to the customers to inform them about their tracing information.  

If there is an issue with the order, like if there has been a deduction against any order and still you are not issued an order tracing Id, please inform us on an urgent basis in “ecom.krishnaenterprise@gmail.com”. You are requested to notify us in the same email Id if there has not been any delivery but the order tracking shows it has been delivered. For any inconvenience, the customers need to contact Krishna Enterprise in the above-mentioned email Id. There is no confirmation about the availability of gift wrap. If any of the customers want their product to be gift wrapped, please notify us and we will reply back to you on its availability. For any special request, please write an email to use.
